Terms and Conditions for Boldpush Apple Gift Card Giveaway

1. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

• Employees of Boldpush, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway ends on January 11, 2024 at 10am PT.

3. How to Enter

• Participants must register to enter at insights.boldpush.com.

• Participants enter the giveaway by commenting and liking the announcement post of the giveaway that will be published on Julius Solaris' LinkedIn feed on January 4, 2024, at 7am PT

• Participants must comment, like and register to be eligible.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive an Apple Gift Card valued at $270.

• The gift card is valid only for purchases in the United States and will be delivered digitally.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected randomly

• The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours following the selection from the address newsletter@boldpush.com

• The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

• The winner must be willing to share a selfie with a screenshot of the email announcing the win.

6. General Conditions

• Boldpush reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Boldpush's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Boldpush in its sole discretion.

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Boldpush, which are binding and final on matters relating to this giveaway.

7. Privacy

• Information collected from entrants is subject to Boldpush's Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Boldpush is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.

9. Disputes

• Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
